Simple, easy, protein filled breakfast

Get a cupcake pan. Preferably non-stick:however, if not just use cooking spray or little bits of butter

Scramble 12 eggs together in mixing bowl

Pour eggs into each of the cupcake slots in pan

Add a little bit of cheese and spinach, maybe even some bacon or sausage bits if you want into each cupcake slot

bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

VOILA, eat roughly two a day with some yogurt and you've got a healthy protein filled breakfast for almost the entire week!

    I just used the recipe function on MFP; if you use 6 eggs, and 120g cheese to make 6 muffins it comes to 147kcals per muffin.
