Reverse dieting question

I've been reverse dieting after my competition. I'm a female, 5ft tall and 103 pounds. I do strength training (5 times a week) and minimal cardio (3 times a week). I've been increasing my calories by about 100 a week in the form of carbs and fats. I'm continuing to lose weight but I'm more so looking to at least maintain so I do not continue to lose weight. Should I change anything that I'm doing? Thanks!

You are losing because you're in a deficit. You could increase your calories by a greater amount (e.g., 150 or 200 instead of 100.) If it's all carbs, though, you might experience some bloating or squishiness until your body adjusts. I think tolerance for that feeling varies. When I move from a deficit to maintenance I do it all at once and just accept feeling flubbery for a bit0
