Why don't you calculate calories burned for strength training?
^ MFP's explanation
Basically it's too hard to calculate. There is a "strength training" option under cardio if you want a rough estimate.1 -
Thanks but is there a way to add my own calories burned manually?0

Cindylynn, I wear a heart rate monitor (strap not the wrist) while I am strength training and it gives a pretty accurate measurement of calories burned during strength.0
