Lacking motivation & taking suggestions.

So I've been a yo yo dieter for most of my life. I'm currently stuck in a rut.
What are the top 5 things you do to keep yourself motivated and on track? I need new ideas. I've tried vision boards, ordering myself a challenge box, new recipes, a journal... Ugh... I'm just in a funk. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Motivation is highly personal. Mine won't be yours. WHY do you want to weigh less? WHAT are the consequences if you don't? WHAT do you visualize yourself doing ten years from now?
Have you ever successfully turned around any other habits, like giving up smoking, adding regular exercise, or become a parent? (Babies can be very persuasive that their needs trump yours.)0 -
1. List all your excuses for not sticking to it and answer them. Carry that with you. Look at any "fatlogic" you might be guilty of honestly.
2. Food scale, food scale, food scale.
3. Just like I have to go to work when I don't want to, be tough on my kids went I don't want to, pay bills when I don't want to, I have to eat appropriate portions and exercise whether I want to or not. Doing what is best for my health is part of adulting. This is the big one for me that made caring about my intake part of my routine. I am not motivated all the time. Doesn't matter, I do it anyway.
I'm down 63lbs since April 3rd thanks to these three things.1
