Low cal southwest dressing

Tonight I wanted to kick up my salad a notch and make it like a taco salad, but I didn't want to use any of the dressings on hand. I combined a half container of plain Greek yogurt (45 Cal) and two tbs of picante sauce (10 Cal). Delicious! And unlike other dressings, this one had the benefit of calcium and healthy cultures.
