Where to get a tattoo?

I am thinking about getting a tattoo. I wanna make sure it ends up not looking weird when I lose more weight and my skin shifts. Any thoughts on a good spot?

    Top of your foot should be safe. But also do you really want to do that in the summer when it shouldn't be getting sun or pooled or beached or exercised for a little while?

    Well I need to lose about 150 lbs, and haven't yet decided on a color or b&w tattoo, or even what design. I'm noodling the idea and wanted input. Thought that wrist or forearm would be nice.

    I would wait. I had a tattoo that I had to have a cover up done after weight loss. I wasnt crazy about it before but after losing 100 pounds it really didnt look good. As far as the pain went. The first 3 hours wasnt bad but after 3 hours I'll admit I was just gutting it out, ready for it to be done.

    Preferably a REPUTABLE one. Not the kind of place that will ink a guy's taint when he's drunk. (Good lord!)
