    Hello!, I am 52 and lost 30 lb, and I have maintained foe over a year. I am OK with my weight now, but if I can shed few more pounds that will be awesome. I have found using my fitness pal has been very beneficial for maintaining my weight off. I am also working out 5-6 times a week. Feel free to add me!

    I don't know if I can be counted as motivated, but I try my best to do my daily PIIT-workouts and eat healthy in order to regain my original body shape (&weight).
