Hi guys!
Im new here but Im not new to dieting. However what is new, I will no longer set weight goals. Im just going for a low percentage of fat as a lifestyle! I have at least 80lbs to lose ug, but im down.

It's not losing it that a hard, it's maintaning it. I lost 85 lbs 8 yrs ago and when I hit 50 yrs old gained half back. Need that half back off. You can do it, just watch portions and snacking. Did a lot of blueberries and pretzels which worked. Don't get down just keep trying. Its hard but think positive. Its all about food choices. I slacked, now back to it. You can do it too1
