Macro suggestions

I want to track my macros and get the most out of what I'm eating but I don't know what to set my macros on to lose fat... Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated!

    Check out Stronger U on facebook - it's a team of coaches who will help you determine macros - I'm in the 3rd week of the 12 week program and find the extra help is awesome - the price is reasonable for the level of coaching.

    Honestly, your training plan and a slight calorie deficit will determine fat loss. Pick a macro split that keeps you full, you can adhere too, and that you enjoy. Get enough protein (1gr per lb of lean mass) and enough fats (.4Gr per lb of bodyweight).

    what the above said get in your minimum protein and fat numbers the rest is a treat
