How do you know which tracking device is better. I have a clip on and one on my wrist and the wrist one shows a lot more steps tha then clip on one does. So how can you say you walked 10,000 steps when some from moving your arms. I don't understand.

You do get some steps by moving your arm without actually walking. But, it doesn't always count steps if you are carrying something with the arm that you have the device on. So, I kind of think it even itself out in the long run. So, I typically don't worry about it.0
