Well I'm new to the forum anyway I have used MFP sporadically over the past few years but have to be really motivated now to drop my baby weight by the end of October

    For some reason this cut off half my post?? My goal is to lose 15 lbs and was hoping having some friends on here would help. Any tips or suggestions??

    Hello Jenna .... Congrats on the baby first of all, and good luck with your goal. If i may, i want to make four recommendations
    1. CrossFit routine may give you accelerated results
    2. Stay motivated, find a person to workout with
    3. Wear belly band
    4. Depending on your baby's feeding situation, eat healthy

    Great tips!! Thank you I am actually nursing which makes this harder for me, in the past when I want to lose I just drastically cut my calories and now my Dr. Says I shouldn't go under 1800
