Hello everyone! My name is Holly, and I am completly new to this. Im wanting to loose weight, and its better to have workout buddys, but I have none. So I thought it be a great idea to create a group to where we can all post, and message eachother about anything, and our successes, or problems we might be having. Message me anytime, hopefully we can get this group going. Comment below something about yourself, or that you want to join!
Have a wonderful day!

Hi! I'm not new, just wanted to show some support. I had great success using mfp to lose weight. I didn't have any buddies when I started, either. I bought Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 (did one in the morning before work), walked on the treadmill, or ran at the park after work. Sometimes I would do some weight machines in the gym. I had a friend at work notice my weight loss, and I encouraged her to come with me. We were workout buddies for 2 years until she had to quit because of an injury and surgery. Hopefully she will join me again once she is cleared from P.T.5

I'm not new, I am just restarting (AGAIN). I just started doing the Body Beast workouts. I'm on day 2. The nutrition is the hardest part for me so I'd love some support and accountability.2

Hey! I used MFP about 2 years ago and lost about 20 lbs. I've gained and lost since then and I'm trying to stay motivated this time and stick with it. Having friends to help is a great idea!2

Heya! I'm paula but I'm not really new ... I'm using this app for a while now (few months ) but I have no friends on it to keep me motivated or at least to be there (everyone that knows me thinks I'm weird for using it) but I would be glad if you would add me. Is really hard to work alone, so good luck everyone who's in this by themselves0

I'm in! I'm Rosalie, and I joined 2 yrs ago, but that's as far as I got. Now I'm back. I joined another site, but MFP is easier to navigate, and I love their recipe calculator!0

I'm also new here, and could certainly use some motivation. Please add me.0

To add people as friends click on the persons name. A new window should open with the person bigger profile picture. Click on their name again on this page and you should now see the add friend button. Please feel free to add me0

Feel free to add me as well. I need to lose 100 lbs. I am just starting out and I am super motivated. You'll see me post about the gym, getting active with my kids and dog, and doing my best to find 'healthier' alternatives to my fav foods. Also because my littlest just was diagnosed lactose intolerant (she's 1) I'm going to be adding a lot of dairy free recipes. Whew!0

Hi, I'm Jim. I'm also new to MFP. I'm working out from home with the Body Beast work outs. Ive been using MFP for a couple of months but only just discovered this section. I'm at a point of wanting to loose body fat not weight. Hopefully gain muscle but I'm struggling to get he protein in without blasting over my calorie intake.1
