Hello all, my name is Kate. I have been using my fitness pal for about 8 months now. I have lost 35 lbs since last October but for last 2 months it seems to have stopped. I work out several times a week but still not really moving the lbs. Any thoughts?

Have you recalculated your goals through MFP? Are you still logging as accurately as you did in the beginning? Those are just two that have come to my head and you have probably already thought of them. I guess what I've done from the beginning its sticking to something while its working. When I don't see progress for a while, I make changes. I've progressed fairly well with this method but everyone is different.
I know I didn't provide much help sorry about that. Whatever that problem is, I hope you find it quickly. Don't get discouraged, 35 lbs in that time frame is fantastic. Keep your enthusiasm while you work through this issue.0 -
Thanks for the feed back. I have started paying more attention to the log this week and pulled back on the carbs. I am trying to limit the alcohol intake as well. Going to try a different gym location to see if the equipment is different. Maybe change up the routine some.0

Definitely suggest mixing up your gym routine - as you get stronger and lose weight, you will burn less calories doing the same routine that you used to. Similarly as you lose weight you will need less calories for break-even, so you may need to go back to recalculate your BMR. (NB: If you keep weight/activity levels up to date in MFP it should do this for you)0
