Hello fellow fitnesspals

Anyone from Europe who want to help movtivate eachother?. I'm from Denmark and looking for friends in Europe. Seems alot of you are from US, and nothing wrong with that. I will also be friends with you :)

    Hello, I'm in the UK, which is still just about in Europe although many of my countrymen sadly voted to leave!! I'm 70 but still 20 inside. I've lost 10kilos over the past few months. Happy to be a friend if you want to add me!!
