I got some stuff to cook up, but my question is to cook the whole bag of these things and put them in containers and have them with meals during the week or cook a little at a time? I'm afraid if i prep and cook them and save them during the week or two or so on it will spoil.

In my experience beans and rice don't necessarily go 'bad', but the texture goes off within a week or so, depending on the sauce/lack of sauce and such.0

we make a pot of breakfast beans and they last the week fine. I have also make lentils and they stayed for the week with no problems. Not sure about the brown rice. I don't make rice often, but when I do have left over brown rice from takeout, it lasts okay. I would not prepackage them together. LOL.:happy:0
