Introduce Yourself

Hello everyone! My name is Kristen and im new to myfitnesspal... My older sister told me about this site so im going to give it a try. I was 190lbs and now im 167lbs. I lost some weight by myself from eatting right and exercise. But i havent worked out in awhile. Its hard to do it by yourself without a support system behind you. My goal is 130lbs. But im taking it one step at a time so my goal in 5 weeks is to be around 157 .. in 10 weeks 147... 15 weeks 137 ... 20 weeks 130-127lbs.

    Welcome and good luck. You have to educate yourself. Get healthy low cal recipes that you like. There are so many sites. Log on everyday and be honest. Make small changes at first and before you know it......
