I entered a Biggest Loser competition at my local gym that started April 1st. I am so not a joiner, but this time it paid off in so many ways. I just found out today that I won a free 1 year membership because I was the biggest loser!! I am so HAPPY! I lost 30 lbs.....and still have a long way to go.

It's not a diet...it's a whole new attitude and lifestyle!!!
