High intensity workout videos with no jumping

I would like to do some exercise in my bedroom (in addition to running and cycling) in my shared house, however, the house is EXTREMELY noisey! the floorboards creak like mad, so I don't think my flatmates will be very happy.
I used to do Insanity but that is very jumpy. Tae Bo is good because that is quite intense but doesn't really jump about, it is more squat, high kick.

I also have quite limited space.

Has anyone got any recommendations for anything else?

Thanks

    Yoga
    Pilates

I would recommend not running or cycling in your room though ;)

Have you thought about something like Body pump? Get some weights and watch the videos on YouTube or subscribe to Les Mills online? No jumping!

Or create your own HIIT workout - squats, lunges, press ups, plank, side plank, Russian twists are all jump free - although to get your heart up some mountain climbers or burpee's would be good.

Could you go out to jump? I see lots of people doing their HIIT workouts in the park?

If you want your heart to explode out of your chest without making any noises on the floorboards, get a 12kg kettlebell and learn to do kettlebell swings.

Fitness Blender has low impact workouts. I think a lot of their kickboxing could work for you too but really, most things can be modified to take out the jumps though you'd have to really push to get the same intensity.

There's also a Bodyweight by Mark Lauren app I have that you can build a workout picking from a bunch of exercises, that could work for you too.
