Hello all,

I rejoined MFP community to get back to a healthy lifestyle. Now, out of a long relationship, I realized that the only thing that I forgot about was myself and my own health; now back to the real world I plan to get where I want to be with my health and keep it there but support and people that share my vision is a must. Anyone willing to join my "crusade" will be most welcome and I will be there to support as well. Blessed be all!

    'ello! Glad to see you've decided to start taking care of yourself; sometimes in a heavy relationship we tend to focus on the other person and not ourselves. ^_^
