Okay Hey All! I've been fairly average weight for years now but lately, my appetite has changed and I find myself indulging in unhealthy food and NO filter of when to stop. NOT LIKE ME! I easily put on 15 pounds in less than a month...... OMGOODNESS!! Now, its a struggle to get it off. What is going on??? So I was planning on trying the military diet for the first 3 days and workout twice a day if work allows. Then the next 4 days eat light with salads and homemade deli sandwiches. Try it for a month or so. I need motivation please ugh

    Have you tried counting calories?

Yes. During that month of gain I didn't. So now I'm starting back. It just sucks and has me feeling blah

I'd urge you not to embark on this type of short term/kick-start type plan which relies on v. low cals and lots of exercise.

    Instead
    • Set a reasonable calorific deficit.
    • Weigh and log everything you eat
    • Take it slow
    • Incorporate some of the foods you love into your diet (subject to calorie limits)

This will give you a better chance of getting back to how things were before this appetite change.
