weight tracker over time program?

There was a program I had when I was on this last time, where it would take my weight entries and keep track of the overall trend on a graph - but I cannot remember the name of it...

    Thanks guys I found it... it was Weightgrapher...
    I checked on trendweigth but dont have a wifi scale... and weightgrapher pulls the info from fitbit which syncs with MFP...

    Trendweight and Weightgrapher pull from fitbit.
    Weightgrapher allows manual entry.

    I don't have a smart phone or fitbit, so I enter manually each morning onto weightgrapher ^^
