My name is Emma and I come from England.
So far, I have lost over 50 lbs, but I find now that I'm near the halfway mark of progress I am struggling a bit. It has taken me over a year to lose (and keep off) those 50 lbs.
Since I don't really have a support network around me I'm finding it a bit of a task to keep motivated too.
