Hello everyone. My name is Sobi. I am currently on a journey to save my life. I am overweight and need to lose 108 pounds. I'm looking for support and motivation. I could really use some helpful tips on exercise and good eating habits.

    Hello Sobi - Welcome to My Fitness Pal. I am glad that you reached out so that we can motivate each other. Healthy weight loss is a slow process. My suggestion would be at least 30 minutes of activity per day which can be split into to 15 minutes if you choose. As far as good eating habits, I would suggest preparing your own food over going out to eat. If you can limit the candy & pop (soda) this should help too. Lorraine
