I am really interested in losing my belly fat, because it's something I am insecure about in my body. I am working hard to watch my daily food intake however, at times I just find myself eating the wrong food. I am hoping to stay strong through this process and archive my goal with in few month..

    It can be done! You just have to have an open mind and remember that one day doesn't make or break your goal. I was on here once before and lost 30lbs. Since I have lapsed back into bad habits and motivation. Starting now tho that changes. Good Luck!
