    I take back my comment that being a vegetarian/pescetarian is healthier. I just hope that my diet will be healthier for me.

    You know what I saw yesterday? I was at costco looking for some pizza and I read the back of one that looked vegetarian, it has just cheese and tomatoes in the picture...it said it contained FISH ingrediants! My sister said it was probably used a preservative like in most brands or orange juice, but just goes to show that you have to read stuff
