I am a university student studying geology, and would like to be healthier and trim a few pounds, any tips or recipes would be greatly appreciated!

    Hey there, ive been eating pretty much fists of salads for lunches and dinners, and I just change which meat- tuna, chicken, beef etc. I cut out all bread completely as that's my weakness...mmmm bread.
