Can we just take a second and give a MASSIVE shout out to all of the ladies in here doing their business?!?!
I have read countless numbers of success stories of women who have dropped over 100 pounds and those who have dropped 30 pounds. All are great successes that should be celebrated!
The way society puts an emphasis on body image, especially for women, it takes guts to get the ball rolling and share your stories.
You are all beautiful! You are all strong! And you are all inspirational!

Get it ladies!!!

    I thought I answered that already. It was Shout out to the Ladies. But after looking back at it, it looked thirsty and drew the wrong attention. I've seen so many women with incredible transformations and the way media hypes the females body and tells us how it's supposed to look, women have it hard in society as far as physical appearance is concerned. I wanted to shout out to all of you who have taken control and gotten ish done!

    That's not at all what I'm saying. If that were the case, many of these ladies would not accept 5'4" 140 pounds. The media sure as hell doesn't. But what they do accept is the fact that they can be badass and train like an animal, build muscle and maintain their health.
