Vegan! I loved these with my coffee. If you are an egg eater, you can use egg instead of the flax and water.

    Could you alter it with egg whites and splenda instead of agave nectar? Would it be possible to do that? and how much would the cal count go down?.

    I don't do artificial sweeteners so I don't know about splenda. It needs a little bit of fat so you should leave the yolk in the egg. If anybody tries altering the recipe let me know how it comes out.
