Workout programs ??

I've been going to gym every day for a year. What new workout programs should I try? is anybody enjoying one right now that they would recommend?

    Nike Training Club app is great and free. ToneItUp has great stuff too. Then there's FitnessBlender. The last two have YouTube channels that are great.

    I just started one from bodybuilding.com. It's Jamie Eason's Livefit program. There's also a thing on the site that you put in your goals and it gives you a program from the sit that they think would most benefit you. and most of all it's free!

    Id recommend finding a boxing gym- a proper one. Every boxing class involves different fun circuits each time, weights and cardio and if you're not exhausted by the end then the place isn't legit :)

    Something that includes rest days.

    I do the challenges on Bodyrock.tv. they're awesome and free
