Hitting that typical wall and needing some motivation! I work out 5-6 times a week, but haven't been in a few days and have been half in on eating well. Can I say I'm so stoked to be part of this awesome community !!

    Everyone hits a wall and cheats on their nutrition and workouts. Dust yourself off and jump back on the train.
