    Im on the same boat...I lost 20 pounds, counting cals, eating clean and working out, and after all that hard work, I lost track of things and gained almost 30 pounds...it sucks so bad, nothing fits anymore...its soo depressing. I let myself go too far this time, ive never been this heavy in my life. I need to drop this 30 pounds
    So let the weightloss begin....again..
