Nutrition Labels are accurate when it comes to food products (as opposed to supplements) in Canada and the USA. They are government regulated. It states some sugar, and also some sugar alcohol, to which you can find more information about via google.
Quick search showed me: "Sugar alcohols include sorbitol and mannitol, and have fewer calories than sugars and starches. If a food contains these, it would be listed on the label as well. Use of sugar alcohols in a product does not necessarily mean the product is low in carbohydrate or calories. And, just because a package says "sugar-free" on the outside, that does not mean that it is calorie or carbohydrate-free. Always remember to check the label for the grams of carbohydrate and calories"
Similar to how diet coke has 0 calories or sugar, due to 0 calorie sweeteners. It is accurate and many people on cuts drink the diet drinks as a way to get something sweet.
Edit: So yes, Halo Top ice cream has excellent macros. Solid for someone conscious of their calorie intake. If they had it in Canada, I would buy buckets!3 -

Wow... That covered it all thanks pal0 -
Same as above, though I'd only eat a little at first if you pick some up. Friendly warning...I've heard of some people having...stomach issues..eating the whole carton at once.1

HOW WE SWEETEN THE DEAL (http://www.halotop.com/us-vs-them/)
so where’s the sugar?
In short, we use organic stevia. Stevia is a plant native to Paraguay that’s been used to sweeten foods and beverages for more than 200 years. And, because it’s so tasty, we use it as a sugar replacement. We also use Erythritol, which though it has a rather scientific-sounding name, is actually another all-natural sweetener found in fruits like pears and grapes. Though it’s technically a sugar alcohol, it's unlike the others because erythritol doesn’t affect blood glucose or cause bloating.3 -
I think Stevia tastes horrible. I can't imagine that the taste does not come through in the ice cream.0

It really doesn't in Halo Top (well, it didn't in 2 of the pints I tried, not sure why I could taste it in the 3rd).0 -

It does. Apparently super tasters can taste how vile it really is, so you must be one too.0 -
I've tried Mocha Chip and Lemon Cake. Still trying to get my hands on Birthday Cake. Halo Top makes eating ice cream out of a pint before bed a reality for me, so I'm a fan.1
