Hi, my name is Lynda I want to meet fellow lupus survivors trying to lose weight. Hopefully you can keep me motivated and I can help you as well. Add me as a friend and I will do the same. :)

    My fiance has lupus and is upset that she has gained some prednisone weight. Shes asking her dr what kind of workouts she can do that wont throw her into a flare. I wish you luck.

    Thank you! I wish your fiance luck to. I have been doing elliptical training and will soon be doing weight lifting. I was diagnosed at 19. So I have had my ups and down with staying active and fit.

    Hi, I've been struggling for years trying to manage my lupus and weight. Was actually in remission for a while but that didn't last. Hoping to stay low on the meds
