Not sure if this is the right section to post this in but o well :)
I have a problem. Even on some of the hottest day of the summer in a kitchen with a 550 degree oven going im still cold and have to wear a sweat shirt! Ive heard that taking an Iron supplement might help, but does anyone else have any other ideas or have the same problem? I REALLY dont want to wear a sweatshirt all summer! Thanks for the advice in advance!

Bump! I have been told it has to do with my diabetes, I would like to see other opinions.

I had this problem but started taking supplements - evening primrose oil, multivitamin and multi mineral , and cod liver oil. Exercising has really helped as i think it's improving my circulation.

    Hope this helps:smile:

have you had your thyroid checked? That *could* be a symptom of hypothyroidism.

i agree, its is often a symptom of thyroid.
though i was always cold but since i started eating right and exercising alot, i am not so much. I am guessing (or maybe hoping ) its my metabolism speeding up that has me not cold anymore
  • Same problem. Always, always, always cold. Always have been. I just got used to it I guess.

Cold here too! I was cold when overweight, cold when I was in tip-top shape, and cold now while pregnant. Who knows? I have some slight circulation issues (Reynaud's syndrome) but other than that healthy as a horse.
