Sugar

I know there's a lot about how if you don't have a reason to track sugar, you don't really need to. But I was just wondering: I am trying to gain weight, and MFP put my goal around 95 grams a day (max). I'm just past lunch and am already at 50. It's come from milk, watermelon, and tomato purée mostly, but I just want to see if this is okay to go so high on natural stuff if I am trying to gain, even up to 100 grams.
