Some thoughts on this Journey.

I've been using my fitness pal for over 300 days now. In this time I've really changed my whole lifestyle in a good way. I started in September at 348 pounds and as of July 15 have lost 103.2! It has become such a part of my day logging my food and exercise its like a second nature, the weirdness of logging and thinking about everything fades and habit takes it's hold. I'm very happy to be in the 100 pound down club and can't believe I'm at this point! To all of you out there just starting your journey or restarting it I wish you all the best of luck. The best advice I can start you with is stay consistent.
