Hello! I'm 5'11 .... current weight is 189, my goal is 165. I have a bit of a bigger frame, so I've found anything too much lower than that and bones look like they're going to poke out my skin

I'm 5'11". Current weight is 210, I haven't decided on an ultimate goal yet but I'd like to get to 170, see how I feel and then maybe try for 160.0

I'm 6'2" and significantly over weight at about 320 pounds. I also have a large frame and very broad shoulders so my ideal weight is about 180 I think. I looked pretty good at 210 but the BMI charts said I should be like 160 or something which is insane!0

6'5" and weigh 280, wanna get down to 2100

5'11" and I'm currently 196. I started at 215. I want to get down to 170 and re evaluate, but I feel 160-165 would be a good spot to sit.0

Hmm, not sure if I am the tall side of average or short side of tall, at 5'9"
I started at 120, four years ago, started a heavier fitness program and more calories, aiming for 130, overshot and built to around 136lb and probably just going to maintain here. Would be more comfortable mentally and looks-wise at the 130 but don't want to lose the strength and muscle that I've acquired.
Thin frame, trying to avoid the problems my grandma had when elderly (she was built just like me and at the end was under 100lb - she was very, very frail).0 -

I'm 53 and in the past few years my weight has stayed about the same but I've noticed that my thighs and stomach are a lot bigger... so I think a lot of muscle has turned to fat !!!!
