Weight loss starts the moment you don't give up.
Ask your doctor if getting off your butt is right for you.

I remember seeing fit people and say I wish I could look like that, or I wish I could run like that, ...etc
My Mantra is "it takes more than wishing" it puts things in perspective, we need to do the work to get the results.

I've seen what happens when I give up. I want to see what happens when I don't.

    Goodness seeks goodness.

You generally find what you're looking for. A positive person will find the good in the world. A negative person will see the bad side of things. So if you have a bad attitude, you're expecting bad things to happen, and you usually end up finding the worst in yourself and others. If you go about actively looking for the positives in life, you'll see them just about everywhere.

Likewise, if you want to be fit/healthy, you have to act the part until it becomes reality. I don't want to stress over things I can't control or live in misery with a crappy outlook, so I choose goodness/happiness instead. It really helps me strive to be the best version of me possible, and to make the best of every situation! o:)

Here's a chant I use when I'm on the elliptical or treadmill:

I can do it. I can be strong, I can be fit.
I can be fit, I can be strong; I did it before, I'll do it again.
