Can anybody recommend some easy to make lunches that have a good source of protein.
I've looked around and some seem rather bland and boring

My most regular is chicken breast with a starchy veg (usually sweet potato) and a green veg. But I always add some rub or spices to the chicken before cooking.

Other more interesting batch meals are: Beef Chilli, chicken curry, pork and beans, grilled salmon with noodles. All of these re-heat well.

I make egg-wraps a lot: low cal wrap with 2 eggs and salsa. Add in avocado, pickles, jalapeños, butter, cheese, anything.
Low cal Greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder and pb2 is the absolute best!
Salads with meat (beef, chicken) or fish, and veggies such as beans work well.
And in a pinch, shakes and bars never fail.

Some of this sounds amazing, will definitely give it a try for lunch at work next week
