Afternoon all!

Started this back in May using FP. Then went on holiday, got stressed at work and put it back on again. Currently 105KG targetting 15 to 20 kilos off.
Need inspiration so bought a rowing machine and a bike off ebay. I'm not inactive, I play golf once perhaps twice a week and walk the dog daily 20 - 30 minutes a 3 - 4 times a week when its my turn.
Guilty only of giving up smoking 3 years ago and replacing with snacks gianing 18 kilos in the process!! Can't win! Done the giving up smoking bit now need to get the kilos off!!!

    Hi Trev, welcome back!

I understand about post-quitting weight - I gave up a 2-pack a day habit last September and it is HARD to avoid gaining weight after that! My philosophy is, you can lose any weight you gain from quitting; you can't get your lungs back from lung cancer. Good for you for fighting for your health, and you know, after quitting smoking, diet & exercise is much easier! :)

    Cheers!
