Calories for pushups

Options
I do a lot of push-ups and ab exercises that use my body weight. The only calorie burning workout I can log calories burnt is running because I don't know how many calories the other stuff burns. Does someone know?

Negligible. If you are cutting, don't factor it in calories burned. Same with if you are bulking.

If you do a sustained workout of that type of thing, perhaps a half hour in duration, without stopping, I'd log it. You might select "Les Mills CXWORX" from the MFP database. I do that workout regularly and it's similar to what you describe. However, it is a solid 30 minutes of exercising, without stopping. My heart rate is elevated the whole time. If you're just dropping and doing 30 pushups and nothing else, I would not log something like that.

Now, you still won't get a ton of calories, but you might earn yourself a glass of wine or an ice cream sandwich

Okay so it's part of a routine I built for myself that's at least a solid 30 minute routine I love. Here it is: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s12/sh/6a452aaf-38ad-40a2-aaef-58cec8b19697/70ff339b120c3f51422ed506c1913747

The surf fit is this consisting of 12 exercises on the Swiss ball: https://youtu.be/bJxWhVzg9J0

And the 6 pack promise is 5 minutes of this: 6 Pack Promise - Ultimate Abs by Sports Performance Factory LLC

So all of that is one workout. Then I log calories for running 6 miles 3-4 times a week and surfing.

I find I burn very few calories on body weight exercises. But I log them, with a random 1 for calorie burn, so that I can at least keep track of my activity minutes throughout the day.

It's not many. I wear a heart rate monitor and when doing about work or push-ups, it will slow considerably. Now use the ability machine and you'll get higher calorie burns with that.
