Just wanted to share my progress so far. I have been working out since Feb, but only recently started seeing results after stopping medications I was taking for Fibromyalgia that were causing me to gain even with working out 4-5 times a week. So this is from June 12-July 28th. About 11lbs give or take.

The second is from July 2nd until July 28th. So a few weeks. I am actually up a few pounds between photo's, but have lost inches with strength training. Goes to show you can't rely on the scale :)
