WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - AUGUST 1ST / DECEMBER 1ST

I know theres already a MILLION challenges starting on August 1st, but as im taking a vacation in December to visit a bunch of family and friends, I would really like to motivate myself to drop some weight before I get there. Anyone want to join me? Here's a little template I made below and if we get enough people going ill probably make a spreadsheet so we can keep track :) I would like to weigh-in on Mondays.

    Im in :) I love the template,Im at 245lbs and my goal is to loose 60 in 4months its a big goal but i really need it :).

    That is a big goal but you might be able to do it! Just work super hard :) And that's cool because were actually almost the same starting weight right now! Im currently at 244.4, id LOVE to drop 25 lbs before December but ill probably put my goal as 18-20 lbs.

    I definitely want to join! I was just thinking today how I want to lose the rest of my weight by then. Let's do it!! your template is awesome too :)

    My current weight is 204, and I'd like to lose 41lbs by December 1st, which would make me 163!!

    I'm in! :) Trying to get back into a good routine after going off the rails for a few months and gaining back half of what I lost up til then :s But i'm ready to grab a hold again now! :p

    I would love to join! I lost 20 pounds in the beginning of the year and kept it off, but want to lose 20-30 more. I would love to have more encouragement and motivation.

    I want to join pls. B) Was 265 lost 20lbs weight now 245. I would love to loes the 45 before end of the year. Playing with the idea of LCHF lifestyle and planned to start on August 1st.I also suffer from PCOS need to get healthier asap.

    I've got a bad history with challenges and I'm not sure what my goal weight should be for this-- any ideas? I'm struggling to break a plateau atm as I'm 185lbs. Would 170 be a good GW?

    All you have to do is check in on the thread on the weigh in days :) Im gonna type up a spread sheet so I can keep track of everyone. There are so many people now!

    I went home sick yesterday and woke up to all these people wanting to join the challenge with me :D warms my heart. I am going to type up a spreadsheet with everyones usernames so we can keep track of check ins and I can shoot people reminders if im missing some people.

    Remember everyone! First weigh in is 08/01, Monday!! =D It may be helpful for you guys to bookmark the thread for easy access.

    I personally believe 15 pounds is a reasonable goal :) little under 4lbs a month.

    Yep! I suggest bookmarking the thread so you can find it easier as well but to join you only have to check in on weigh-in days :)
