    Okay, will give it a whirl. Did I calculate that out to almost 2 lbs. a week???? ::::: faint ::::: Nothing like a challenge to keep a body motivated.

    Does it count if I want to lose 40 pounds of fat, but perhaps put on a bit of muscle? If so, I'm in!

    I'm so glad to see so many of you joining this challenge. I feel butterflies in my stomach because I can already see us all fitting into a size 6, 8, 10,12 or whatever dress sizes our goals are.     Add strength training for body recomp as you go. Otherwise you won't look as fit as you want to when you hit your goal weight. You could just measure your lean body mass if you track your body fat percentage. That way you are tracking the actual fat lost, not the weight.
