Introducing myself

Hi I am Marianne and trying to lose 15 lbs and keep it off. So when I am at goal weight my plan is to not eat sugar or flour but not weigh and measure to maintain. I am 59 years old and work as a Hospice Nurse currently on disability for a rotator cuff repair surgery. Last week I joined the gym to try and step it up a bit. I have struggled with food addiction for many years which got progressively worse lately. 12 step programs don't seem to work for me.Look forward to hearing from some people in the same boat.
