    I started a bootcamp at the local YMCA but with a leg and back injury it has kept me from giving it 110% - so I've got to get my eating back in check until everything is healed. I've got to get serious about my weight loss... my self esteem is sinking and it's my own fault - which is even more frustrating. It's time I take responsibility for my actions and quit following the crowd when it comes to my eating/drinking decisions!

    I always take my day one day at a time. I love my fitness pal. I'm a runner although I do go to the gym as well. I was in a relationship and put on some weight and I'm trying to lose it again. It happens we all get caught up with life and forget to take care of ourselves. We are all human and you can do this just keep your mind to it!

    I've done really good this week so far. We have plans with some friend tmrw night and I'm considering that my cheat meal (pizza and beer). My challenge will be to get back on track Saturday! *fingers crossed* Hope everyone is doing good!
