    As long as they fit in to your calorie allowance I don't see the problem.

    Kebabs can be delicious and extremely filling! So you shouldn't feel guilty about savoring a kebab from time to time. But maybe work on moderation. Trying using a smaller skewer...around 6 inches or so. This way you are limited to how much meat you can stuff on there. Or focus on adding some veges so it's not all meat...experiment with potatoes. Done properly it can be a very nutritious... And delicious meal! Bon Appétit

    Now. I want kebab too!

    That, literally, changed my stir fry. I started buying each of the components of that kebab and most of them are in my stir-fry every day.
