I'd like to join. First time I've tried something like this though.
My CW is 185 and my goal is to lose 20 lbs. putting my GW at 165.

I have sent all of you so far a friend request so we can keep up and encourage each other, I highly recommend you guys send some friend requests as well because if we are in each others newsfeed I think itll motivate us to stick with this even better! That's probably a good idea at this point, I didn't suggest that at first because I really didn't think so many people would be interested! Would anyone else like using a group over just the thread?5 -

I would like to join. It would be nice if I could get all of my weight off by then, however, I think I'm going to go for the halfway mark with all of the stress I've got in my life right now...so hopefully 20 lbs by December. SW: 183 GW: 163. I wouldn't mind losing more though! Thanks for doing this!1
