Right Back At It Again

Well...right back to MFP. I didn't stop my fitness journey. It actually went up a gear. I'm just looking to get back into the more social/ supportive side of MFP, so I figured I would drop in and say hey.
I'm currently deployed, but I've lost 33lbs over the last year and I'm in probably the best shape I've been in in a long time. I weight lift daily, run every other day (High intesity= sub-14 minute two mile). I watch what I eat and I can't say enough how much better I feel since I started eating cleaner. It make a huge difference in energy levels and workout results.
