OK, so to begin with I needed a fairly good hard push. I got one, and am, getting things back on track.
So First things first .. I saw my Dr, I joined my local Gym and pool, I got the two of them to talk :) .. and I kept going back. I upgraded my membership, and started to log my food correctly.

On the food side, I dropped most carbs and lowered my sugar as much as I can (kiss goodbye the Ferrero Rochers :( )

But hello yummy cooked breakfasts!!

I went more Paleo, due to my Hashimoto's disease.

So wish me luck!!!

    You really don't need to cut carbs, your brain runs off glucose, even fruit is full of carbs, enjoy them :smiley:
